The third party analytics software we use includes Google Analytics (https://policies.google.com/privacy), ORBTR (https://orbtr.net/privacy-policy/), Thinkific.com (https://www.thinkific.com/privacy-policy/) and Mixpanel (https://mixpanel.com) which have their own policies that govern their privacy practices. Who we share your data with
We may share your name and email address with one of our trusted partners only if you opt in to attend a joint webinar. When you register to attend or receive information about a joint webinar, you are agreeing to this. Outside of these events, we do not share your Personal Data that you have voluntarily shared with us with third parties. We will never sell your Personal Information to any third party.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile for a reasonable amount of time. All users can see, edit, or delete their own personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username; contact us to delete your account completely). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you. You can also request that we delete your account and securely erase any personal data we have stored about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. Email us to request data to be sent or removed.
Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
We use 3rd party services for email marketing: iContact, Constant Contact, MailChimp, Thinkific, and Swiftpage. See their individual privacy policies for more information. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party email services. When you opt in, your name and email address may be stored with these companies for the sole purpose of sending emails that we think may be relevant to you. There is a link to opt out of these emails at the bottom of every email we send.
We do not seek to collect information about children under 18. If you are under 18, we request that you do not provide us with personal information about yourself without parental consent. We never create a remarketing list, retarget or otherwise profile any individuals under the age of 13, or other applicable age restrictions in the market(s) where we operate.
